Imagine waking up in the morning, getting straight out of bed without hitting snooze, and then spending 30 minutes just for yourself and your personal development. 30 minutes of meditation, breath work, journaling and movement. By 8am you are feeling fantastic and ready to tackle whatever the day throws at you!

You might be thinking "this sounds great, but I don't have the motivation to do that every morning." Luckily that's what Feel-Good February is all about. Holding you accountable to a morning routine that sets you up for the day ahead. A morning routine that makes you feel calm and energised.

This 4 week commitment consists of 3 x 30 minute 'morning medicine' sessions a week to come together with like-minded individuals to start your day in a positive way. In the sessions you'll be guided through mindfulness exercises, movement and more for 30 minutes of morning 'me time'.

I PROMISE you that starting your day in this way is much more beneficial than heading straight for a coffee and scrolling through social media.

The details:

  • 3 x weekly 'morning medicine' sessions for 4 weeks

  • Starting Monday 1st Feb and ending Friday 26th Feb

  • Live sessions are on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7.30am*

  • Each session is 30 minutes long and is hosted LIVE online via Zoom (you can have your camera off if you like!)

  • I will guide you through a combination of different practices including meditation, movement, breathwork, affirmation and journaling

I want to equip you with the tools to create a morning routine that you can carry forward for the rest of the year.
