Energise and Restore

Myself and Ally are back with another Energise and Restore online class.

On Sunday 31st January at 9am, join us for the perfectly balanced sweat and reset class - 30 minutes of HIIT led by Ally, followed with 30 minutes of calming yoga led by me.

We’ve hosted a couple of these sessions now and love the format of working up a sweat and getting the blood pumping before slowing things down through gentle, calming stretches.

It’s the perfect way to start your Sunday.
