Winter Wellbeing Retreat

This winter, my good friend Fabi and I are here with open arms to provide you with all the nurturing love at our half day retreat. An afternoon completely dedicated to you and your wellbeing. 

Allow yourself to step away from the external world and find space to reflect, deepen your self-awareness and prioritise your wellness. This half day retreat will include a calming yoga flow, meditation, journaling, restorative yoga AND yoga nidra - all the good stuff! Giving yourself permission to put yourself first isn’t easy and we often come up with a million reasons why we shouldn’t, but especially after such a challenging year, self-care retreats like these are really needed. Our mental, physical and emotional health is something worth investing in.

Schedule:

2-3pm - Slow Flow Yoga

3-3.30pm - Meditation, prananyama and journaling

3.45-4pm - Quick break

4-6pm - Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra

We love holding this space for you and have had so much wonderful feedback from our last workshop, we know that this retreat is going to be even more special! It will be held at the Tribe Hub on Sunday 29th November and we would love to have you there to experience an afternoon of soul-nourishing bliss. Nikki and Fabi are both excellent teachers and their pranayama and restorative yoga workshop was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. I didn’t realise how beneficial it could be to take time to focus on the breath and still the mind. I left the session feeling so refreshed and I slept like a baby.
