My Top Feel Good Podcasts

I’m a little bit obsessed with podcasts. In 2020 there are so many amazing ones out there on a whole range of different topics and they can be informative, funny, insightful and thought-provoking. Whenever I’m doing housework or taking a long drive I always pop on a podcast on the topic of health and wellbeing and becoming completely absorbed in the intelligent conversation. I have truly learned a lot from listening to podcasts, so I thought I’d share a few of my favourites in the hope that you can gain something from them too.

Feel Better, Live More – Rangan Chaterjee

This was one of the first podcasts that I started listening to and I love Rangan’s mission to help everyone live healthier, happier and more fulfilling lives. He has interviewed a huge range of different health experts which has led to really informative conversations. My favourite thing about his podcast is how he tries make lifestyle change accessible to everyone, so at the end of every episode he will ask the guest to give a few tips that you can take away and immediately start to implement in everyday life.

Yoga Girl: Conversations from the Heart – Rachel Brathen

I’ve been following Rachel Brathen (aka Yoga Girl) on Instagram since I first became interested in yoga many moons ago. For a long time she has been a huge inspiration to me. Conversations from the Heart pretty much does what it says on the tin. It is a space where she very openly shares what she is struggling with at that moment in time, any realisations that she has recently had, and talks candidly about topics including love, trust, and finding balance. Special guests occasionally feature too which gives the podcast a different energy.

Oprah’s SuperSoul Conversations – Oprah Winfrey

Who doesn’t love Oprah?! This podcast aims to help you awaken, discover and connect with the deeper world around you. On each episode she interviews a new guest from actresses and musicians to spiritual leaders and wellbeing experts. The conversations are always inspiring and uplifting, tackling life’s big questions in an accessible way. My favourite episodes are interviews with Eckhart Tolle and Deepak Chopra.

Happy Place – Fearne Cotton

Last but definitely not least on my recommended podcast list is Happy Place by Fearne Cotton. On each episode she chats to a different celebrity about what happiness means to them. The conversations are often emotional, covering love, loss and moving through pain, but ultimately the message always comes back to unlocking inner happiness. I found her episode with Hilary and Chelsea Clinton hugely inspiring.

Hopefully those 4 amazing podcasts are enough to whet your appetite, but if you’d like a couple more I also love How to Fail by Elizabeth Day and the Deliciously Ella podcast. Have a listen to the above and let me know which episodes you loved and anything that you took away from them!
